What to send us, and where to send it

If something on the site is unclear, a short message is usually enough. Tell us which episode, printable, or page you are looking at, and what you need to know about it. A few lines about the age of the child or the group helps us point you to the right item instead of a general answer.

Useful details to include

  • The title of the episode or the name of the printable
  • Whether it is for home or an early years classroom
  • The age range you are working with
  • The device or printer you plan to use

Where to go next

The contact page holds the form for regular requests. It does not create an account, an order, or a booking, and it is the only place on the site that collects a message.

Where to go when something on the site is unclear

CuteShow is an animation studio and children's publisher. The site holds short episodes, coloring pages, paper puppets, rainy-afternoon play scripts, and a guide for early years teachers. Most questions we get are practical ones about how those pieces fit together, so this page points you to the right place instead of leaving you to guess.

If you are not sure which printable matches an episode, or what a paper puppet actually needs before you print it, the answers usually live on the page where the item sits. When they don't, a regular message works fine.

What people usually ask about

  • Episode length Each episode runs four to seven minutes, so you can plan a viewing block around a single story.
  • Pairing printables with episodes Coloring pages, puppets, and drawing steps are grouped so you can pick one that fits what you just watched.
  • Materials for a paper puppet Ordinary paper, scissors, and glue are enough. Heavier paper helps if you want the arms to move.
  • Using episodes in a classroom The teacher guide explains how a short episode can open a group talk or anchor a follow-up activity.

A message sent through the contact form is a regular request. It does not create an account, an order, or a booking. You can also read how we handle your details in our privacy policy.

Where to look when something on CuteShow is unclear

Most questions we get are not about the series itself but about how to use it. A parent wants to know which printable goes with the episode their child just watched. A teacher wants to check whether the guide fits a morning circle. Someone else is trying to figure out what a paper puppet actually needs before printing anything.

This page collects the ways to reach us about that kind of question. It is not a live help desk, and there is no account or booking behind it. If you write to us, your message goes to the same inbox we read every day.
